As part of the Emergency and Transitional Housing (ETH) support services team, the Case Aide provides day‑to‑day support to program participants as they work toward transitioning back into the community following incarceration or other involvement with the criminal legal system. The Case Aide works under the direction of Case Managers and Program Leadership to assist participants in implementing their care plans, developing life skills, and accessing needed services.
All services provided in the ETH programs are delivered through the lens of promoting independence, housing stability, and successful community reintegration.
