Salary
:
Minimum and maximum hourly rate is $23.00 per hour.

• Supervise and instruct all Direct Support Specialists on shift.
• Act as the facility’s leader during the absence of the Program Director and Assistant Program Director.
• Maintain the physical condition of the residence and agency vehicles in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Manage client and agency funds and expenditures during shift (petty cash, client monies, clothing monies, recreation, etc.).
• Ensure appropriate follow-up to medication administration during shifts and after client medical appointments.

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in DD/IDD or related field.
• AMI trained, SCIP‑R trained, CPR & First Aid trained.
