Hour Children, Inc. is seeking a Young Adult Reentry Mentor in New York City to assist incarcerated young adults in their reentry journey. This full-time role involves providing mentorship, developing support plans, and collaborating with community organizations to ensure resource access.
Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mentorship or case management, particularly with young adults impacted by incarceration. A BA in social work or a related field is preferred. Bilingual candidates are a plus!
