BRC is hiring a Community Technician to serve as a consistent, trusted presence for individuals experiencing homelessness. The role supports people in crisis, requires empathy, judgment, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. No prior shelter experience is required, with training provided.
Shifts include mornings, evenings, and overnights within a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours/week, with mandatory overtime. Benefits start Day One and include vacation, holidays, and a 403(b) plan.
