EPICis looking for candidates who have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including calendar management.
- Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

- Demonstrated capability to conduct oneself in a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with people and/or with difficult situations.
- Effectively build and maintain external and internal relationships and provide a high level of service.
- Ability to work within a team structure as well as independently.
- Competency working with diverse cultural and ethnic populations.
- Ability to interact with participants using a strengths-based approach.
- Ability to maintain participant confidentiality at all times.
- Comfortable working with at risk participants, including those with mental health diagnosis.
- Actively contributes to a positive work culture.
- Associate’s degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree and one (1) year of relevant experience in Human Services.
- Case management, in-home visitation or coached visitation experience.
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Data Management System, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience working with NCDSS and Connections system preferred.
- Mandated Reporter Certification (EPIC will provide).
- Reliable transportation

EPIC- Parent Partner
Position Summary:
Job Type: Full time, hourly, non-exempt
Schedule:
Position mostly works in the field and needs to be available on a flexible schedule based on program requirements, including evenings and weekends. Administrative work primarily remote with access to the Lockport office. Mileage reimbursement.
Location:
Niagara County, NY area, weekly check-in at NCDSS office
Salary Range: $52,/year
