Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) is seeking an Intake Coordinator to engage families at critical moments and connect them with preventive services, while coordinating with ACS and community partners.
In this role you will manage referrals in PROMIS, determine eligibility, perform intake paperwork, and help open cases to meet annual targets. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred; candidates should have a BS/BA in Human Services and experience in ACS contracted programs.
