ACMH, Inc. seeks a Peer Counselor for Residential Crisis Support (Respite) at Independence House in Manhattan, Washington Heights. The role focuses on empathetic counseling, skills development for managing behavioral health symptoms, and helping guests with community living skills.
You will provide Home and Community Based Services, assist with daily living skills, meals, safety, and self-advocacy training, while coordinating with a Program Director. Spanish preferred.
