Location: New York
Taleo in New York seeks a Case Manager to guide clients toward housing permanency by coordinating health care, job training, housing, and immigration services. You will empower clients through empathy, accountability, and trust while developing collaborative service plans.
You will interview 25 clients, develop individual plans with short and long-term goals, monitor progress, and advocate with agencies to remove barriers to services and re-housing.
