Salary Range: $24.77 - $34.31 Hourly

Travel Percentage:
Over 50%

• Provide services within a Family‑driven Care framework, including respecting family choice and voice, believing in each family’s potential to learn and grow, and utilizing strategies that empower families
• Work with family members to identify goals and objectives of treatment
• Provide services based on the needs as identified in the Treatment Plan
• Coordinate with the child and caregiver on the scheduling and provision of services
• Participate in relevant treatment meetings and attend all required trainings
• Complete all documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of related experience OR
• Master’s degree in Social Work, counseling, psych, or a related human service and at least one year of related experience
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required
