NAFI Connecticut, Inc. in New York is seeking a dynamic, compassionate part-time Case Aide for our Family wraparound program.
The aide will support families with concrete needs based on recommendations from case managers and clinicians, often working at client homes or community settings. The role requires transportation to meet meetings, collaboration with a team to connect families with providers, and travel to offices in Orange County, Westchester County and other locations as required.
