US seeks an Intake Specialist to screen and assess applicants for emergency shelter and veterans services. You will serve as the initial SUS contact for Veterans and their families, guiding them through intake, documentation, and needed supports in Nassau and Suffolk County.
The role requires in-field work approximately 75% of the time and a valid vehicle with a clean driving record. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply, and occasional after-hours events may be required.
