Regional Economic Community Action Program Inc (RECAP) seeks a Housing Case Manager to support clients in securing stable housing and coordinating related services. You will provide direct case management, assess needs, and collaborate with community partners to promote stability, self-sufficiency and access to resources.
You will advocate for clients, coordinate housing, healthcare, benefits, and other supports, and participate in an after-hours crisis rotation.
