Family Service League is seeking a full-time Critical Time Intervention Social Worker for our CTI program in Mastic, NY. The Intake/Outreach Social Worker works with an interdisciplinary team to provide therapeutic interventions and Care Management to adults who have behavioral health needs and who have not been successfully engaged in services during or after critical times in transition.
