AHRC New York City is seeking Per-Diem Residential Habilitation Counselors to support individuals with I/DD in all five boroughs. Counselors work one-to-one in private homes and communities, assisting with ADL skills, socialization, recreation, and using community resources.
Shifts are afternoons, evenings, or weekend mornings/afternoons (usually 4–6 hours). The role is part-time with a pay rate of $20 per hour. Training is provided; prior I/DD experience is preferred but not required.
