United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH) is seeking a DSS Senior Case Worker to supervise Case Workers to ensure quality services and compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of one (1) year of relevant supervisory experience.
- At least two (2) years of case management experience, preferably within a residential or homeless services setting.
- Experience in a residential programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness or with substance use and mental health challenges.
- Provide coverage across shelter sites to address Case Worker staffing needs, including absences and vacancies.
- Coordinate and monitor DSS driver schedules to ensure efficient client transportation services.
- Support Program Manager in completing required daily and monthly reporting.
- Lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Case Management staff.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with program leadership.
