This direct-care role supports residents on their recovery journey, with emphasis on building trust and maintaining a calm, professional presence. The Advocate handles crisis intervention, counseling, transportation, and collaboration with treatment providers to promote long-term sobriety; reports to the Operational Program Coordinator while upholding confidentiality
