JASA seeks a Social Worker for its Community Guardian Program in New York City. You will assess client needs, coordinate essential services, monitor safety, and develop individualized service plans for adults under court-appointed guardianship.
Join a multidisciplinary team to advocate for rights and help clients stay safe and independent in the community. Regular full-time schedule is Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or emergencies as required.
