TRI Center Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in New York, NY. Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family therapy and counseling services
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care
- Advocate for clients' rights and work to remove barriers to care and services
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Active New York State Licensed Master Social Worker or MHC (LMSW/LMHC) license required
- Master's degree from an accredited program, limited permits accepted
- Experience in case management, clinical assessment, and treatment planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing EBP's.
