The Arc Jefferson – St. Lawrence is seeking a dedicated professional to support prevocational plans and daily program documentation. You will help People We Support develop work skills and independence while working with a team to ensure program goals are met.
Responsibilities include maintaining Therap documentation, attending reviews, coordinating assessments, and addressing barriers to employment. This role requires a NYS driver’s license and a flexible schedule.
