Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island (JCCGCI) seeks a Part-Time Social Care Screener/Navigator to support the SCN program. You will conduct HRSN screenings, document data, and connect Medicaid members to community resources across housing, food, transportation, and services.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with databases, and capable of delivering excellent customer service to vulnerable populations, with bilingual Russian and English preferred.
