The Ali Forney Center is seeking a Youth Counselor to support residents in the Manhattan housing program. You will supervise overnight shifts, support residents' goals, maintain safety, and collaborate with care teams.
The role requires a High School diploma, compassion for LGBTQIA+ youth, and the ability to work weekends and overnight hours. The position is in person at our Manhattan location and offers a structured, trauma-informed environment.
