Responsibilities- Understand all factors relevant to hiring managers and interpret business needs to develop an optimal hiring plan
- Maintain Hunt Flow database and available data and statistics to support hiring plan
- Coordinate all the stages of the interview for a hiring team and a candidate
- Search for potential candidates on Linked In, Git Hub, Amazing Hiring, Monster Jobs, Indeed, etc.
- Understand talent markets and complex candidate profiles to identify potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and prepare interview selection report for each candidate
- Perform onboarding of a new employee
- Work with candidates.
- Actively participate in HR process development (recruitment, team building, capability development, training, onboarding, remote events organization)
- Participate in the organization of external events (career days in universities, meetups, hackathons, etc.)

- Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Psychology or relevant field
- Strong expertise in all phases of IT recruiting and sourcing processes
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Basic IT knowledge required to understand the business need
- English at the intermediate level
- Experience in international recruiting will be an advantage
