You will join a dynamic team dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI‑driven systems. Your work will involve everything from fine‑tuning large language models to developing chatbots and recommendation engines that solve real‑world business challenges.

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions, including chatbots, intelligent search systems, and recommendation engines, using leading cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Fine‑tune and distill large language models (LLMs) to optimize their performance and align them with specific business needs.
• Create, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models for tasks like classification, regression, and recommendations.
• Design and implement solutions based on the Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
• Create and deploy autonomous AI agents to automate complex business processes.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of deployed models while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

• Experience: a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in designing, implementing, and deploying NLP and machine learning models; documented experience in the production deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) models.
• Languages: Polish and English.
• Tool Pro: practical ability to fine‑tune and distill language models; knowledge of and experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture; proficiency in Python and key AI/ML libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Transformers, unsloth); good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases; experience with at least one leading cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP); familiarity with process orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and version control systems (Git).
• Soft Skills: highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective teamwork.
• Experience in creating chatbots for the customer service or call center sector.
• Experience working with audio data (speech processing, sound analysis).
