This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI research and engineering. You’ll move fast between prototyping, model fine-tuning, and building production-ready systems that inspire both developers and enterprises to push what’s possible with Daytona.

Fine-tune models to deliver exceptional performance for targeted use cases

Design and share real-world examples and demos that highlight Daytona’s capabilities

Collaborate with the product and platform teams to integrate agents seamlessly into Daytona’s runtime

Experiment with state-of-the-art models, techniques, and architectures to push boundaries

Write technical documentation, guides, and reference implementations for the community

Have deep experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks

Can design and train/fine-tune models for specialized workflows

Enjoy moving from proof-of-concept to production-level systems

Care deeply about developer experience and performance optimization

Communicate clearly, both with technical teams and developer communities

Experience with reinforcement learning, multimodal models, or tool-augmented agents

Background in computer interaction agents, autonomous browsing, or robotic process automation

Open-source contributions to AI frameworks, agents, or orchestration systems
