Location: NY/NJ (Hybrid)

Seeking a skilled Python Developer for the IT Derivatives/Fixed Income team, responsible for designing and implementing Python solutions for Front Office applications, while supporting existing applications for daily operations on the Front Office Trading Desk.

• Design, build, and configure Python applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with trading teams and quantitative analysts to understand their workflows and optimize solutions.
• Provide work estimates, including time, resources, and risks.
• Develop coding architecture for new applications and features.
• Maintain and enhance code quality through code analysis, security scans, and CI/CD practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, from analysis to support.

• 10+ years of experience as a Python Developer.
• Experience with Python environment installation in both Windows and Linux.

• Experience with .NET, C#, and REST APIs (including Enterprise Authentication).
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and/or Sybase.
• Experience supporting trading desks.
