We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to design and build advanced software solutions that support our AI product development. You will work closely with experienced engineering teams to develop scalable, high‑performance systems for our analytics platform.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys complex challenges, and is passionate about impactful solutions. You will own projects from inception to implementation, write clean and maintainable code, and mentor more junior engineers.
What You’ll Do- Own the full software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business internally and externally.
- Work with large datasets for processing and analysis.
- Contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and create a collaborative environment.
- Evaluate new technologies to improve performance and scalability.
- Follow engineering best practices.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of full‑time professional Python experience.
- Solid experience working with large data sets.
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Proficiency in data processing.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and quick decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with machine learning and/or financial services.
