Senior iOS Developer

EPAM is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join our team and partner closely with a leading financial services client. In this role, you will work onsite in New York City three days per week, collaborating directly with the client's iOS team to build and enhance their consumer‑facing mobile application. We are looking for an engineer with strong technical depth, problem‑solving skills, and a passion for delivering high‑quality mobile experiences in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.

• Design, develop, and deliver new features for a large‑scale, consumer‑facing iOS application
• Break down product requirements into clear, actionable engineering tasks
• Write clean, well‑tested, maintainable Swift code
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to drive product vision
• Review code, provide feedback, and support teammates to ensure high engineering quality
• Identify issues, debug complex problems, and proactively improve application performance
• Contribute to engineering best practices, tooling, and process improvements within the team

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years focused on iOS development
• Strong expertise in Swift and experience with Swift
  
  UI and UIKit
• Solid understanding of iOS architectural patterns, ideally MVVM
• Experience building high‑quality, production‑ready iOS applications with robust testing practices
• Ability to work onsite in NYC three days per week with a cross‑functional client team
• Experience collaborating with designers and product managers to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork, with a willingness to learn and adapt

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations.

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
