Senior Software Engineer

A fast-growing AI startup in NYC is hiring a full-time Software Engineer to help build the next generation of conversation intelligence tools for outside sales teams. The company is backed by top-tier VCs, has strong product-market fit, and is scaling quickly. This is a rare opportunity to join an elite team early and work directly on products used by thousands of sales reps.

What You’ll Do

• Ship high-quality features at a rapid pace

• Build new products and features from scratch as the team advances the technical roadmap

• Write clean, maintainable code in React, React Native, Typescript, and Python

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and build solutions that help them sell better

• Contribute to hiring and scaling the engineering team

• Own technical decisions and collaborate cross-functionally with product and design

• Thrive in a high-ownership, in-office environment (~60 hrs/week)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience building software

• Strong background in React, React Native, Typescript, and Python

• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, ideally building from 0 ? 1

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

• Fast-moving, pragmatic builder who doesn’t sacrifice quality

• Excellent communicator with a strong user-first mindset

• Degree in Computer Science or similar from a top university

• Willingness to work long hours, 5 days/week, in the NYC office

Bonus Points For

• Experience deploying infrastructure on AWS

• Participation in hackathons, founder/investor fellowships, or startup/entrepreneurship programs
