Compensation: $150K–$180K + 0.4%–0.6% equity

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Frontend Software Engineer with 4–7 years of experience building consumer-facing products to help us craft intuitive, reliable, and scalable user experiences for families and care providers. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work cross-functionally and have a direct impact on the lives of youth and families seeking help.
What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant SPAs using React and Type Script .
Collaborate with design and product to implement UX/UI designs aligned with Figma specs.
Build and maintain a reusable component library and scalable design system.
Integrate REST/Graph
QL APIs, manage async flows, and implement robust error handling.Optimize SSR/CSR performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
Apply test-driven development using Jest and Cypress; uphold high engineering standards via code reviews and thoughtful documentation.

4–7 years of frontend engineering experience in consumer-focused companies or products (FAANG acceptable).
Proven track record shipping substantial consumer-facing applications.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams—especially design and product.
Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, or Angular with Type Script .
Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and scalable styling practices (e.g., BEM, CSS-in-JS).
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring tools.
Comfort integrating and debugging REST and Graph
QL APIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to articulate trade-offs and decisions clearly.
Fast learner who thrives in early-stage environments with a growth mindset.
Strong ownership mentality and a desire to work at the edge of impact and innovation.

B2B-only backgrounds or experience limited to backend/system-level development.
