As the Senior Market Infrastructure Software Engineer
, you'll be a technical leader behind the software infrastructure powering efficient DeFi markets. You'll not only develop and maintain critical systems, but also play a key role in shaping the future of financial markets through your code.

Our current infrastructure already monitors and operates our Morpho vaults and Kamino vaults (#1 DeFi curator with >$2B TVL). We are looking for top talent to build the most robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure for vault curation as we expand to more best in class partners.

Lead the development of our market infrastructure codebase in Python and extend it to scale with our strategic objectives.

Implement rigorous testing, monitoring, and security practices to ensure the reliability, performance, and resilience of the developed software tools and platforms against potential vulnerabilities and exploits.

Help review existing products to analyze their safety and security.

Build tooling, reporting and automation to improve the developer and operational experience.

5+ years of hands‑on experience in Python including architecture, type system, testing and lifecycle management.

Capacity to read and understand smart contracts and integrate Python code with them.

Market infrastructure experience in either Trad Fi, CeFi or DeFi.

Understanding of market making, the difference between major DeFi protocols (e.g. Uniswap, Curve, and Balancer).

Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, you are a self‑starter, driven, and love building.

Familiarity with economic modeling, financial mathematics, or quantitative analysis in the context of decentralized finance.

Not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.

Detail oriented and very rigorous.

Proactive and autonomous.

Deep understanding of DeFi lending protocols, specifically Morpho, Aave, Compound, Kamino, or similar vault‑based lending markets.

Demonstrated ability to build secure, performant backend systems using technologies like Node.js, Rust, Go, or Python.

Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross‑functionally and translate complex financial requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Capacity to write production smart contracts a plus.
