The Role
We're looking for a Software Engineer who writes clean, production-quality code in Python and brings strong Dev Ops experience , particularly with Kubernetes
. You'll work across engineering teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, reliable systems that support our AI-driven products.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python

• Build and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

• Collaborate with ML, research, and product teams to support deployment and scaling of AI models

• Improve reliability, observability, and CI/CD pipelines across environments

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software quality and infrastructure management

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (strong mid-level)

• Strong programming skills in Python (production code, not just scripting)

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes , container orchestration, and Dev Ops tooling

• Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and software design principles

• Candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Software Engineer title and the upper end of the compensation range

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with machine learning pipelines or model deployment

• Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster)

• Exposure to MLOps or data engineering

Salary Range: 138k-203k

The salary range provided reflects the estimated compensation for this role based on the expected qualifications and experience level. The final offer may vary depending on factors such as skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
