Engineering and CTO, Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time

• We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer with strong background in Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and Linux/OS, and a general interest in distributed systems.
• Ideal candidate will have experience operating Kubernetes on‑premise at scale, expertise in networking, security, and observability.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and developing automation to maintain infrastructure and Kubernetes environments, ensuring high uptime, scalability, and security.

• Design, build, and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and efficient infrastructure platforms.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and clean code principles.
• Produce clear and consumable documentation for a wide audience.
• Communicate effectively across diverse teams.
• Be willing to participate in on‑call rotations as arranged.
• Be a self‑starter, manage priorities, and work independently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest infrastructure technologies and evaluate impact on solutions.

• 4+ years software development proficiency in Golang and Python.
• BA/BS/MS/PHD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to develop and maintain monitoring alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, OTEL.
• Ability to optimize, scale, and secure infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with network policies and security practices to ensure integrity.
• Experience with Etcd, Calico, and other CNIs like Cilium.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes design patterns (operators, Helm charts, kustomize).
• Experience with Kubernetes extensions (device‑plugins, CRD, CNI, CSI).

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Cloud Formation for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with cloud‑native technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with BGP ECMP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and maintaining eBPF programs for security and observability.
