• Salesforce Admin Certification (strongly preferred)
• Salesforce Developer Certification (required)

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years of direct Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud required)
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and integration techniques
• Proven experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar)
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and middleware tools
• Experience working in environments with multiple Salesforce orgs or complex integrations

• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with the drive to improve systems and processes

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
• Implement automation using Apex and declarative tools where appropriate
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
• Ensure development adheres to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards
• Participate in CI/CD and version control processes for efficient and reliable deployments

• Manage user accounts, permission sets, sharing rules, and roles
• Configure and enhance Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and cleanup processes
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision‑making
• Stay informed on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices; recommend adoption where beneficial

• Provide end‑user training and create documentation to support adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve user‑reported issues in a timely manner
