Compensation: $120k – $180k base + 1–2% equity (outsized for early stage)

As Founding Frontend Engineer
, you’ll design and implement high-performance, visually striking web applications that define the look and feel of Meridian’s agentic AI products. This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role shaping both product and engineering culture.

• Turn wireframes into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces
• Leverage advanced CSS for refined, responsive user experiences
• Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
• Collaborate closely with design & backend teams to deliver rapidly
• Contribute to front-end architecture and best practices

• Strong expertise in React +
  Type Script
• Advanced CSS & UI/UX precision skills
• Proven experience shipping high-quality frontends in production
• Frontend architecture experience
• Bonus:
  Node.js exposure, startup or early-stage company experience

• In-person, 5 days/week in NYC
