About the RoleYou’ll build core user interfaces, APIs, and backend infrastructure to support rapid research and experimentation. You’ll operate across the stack—designing, shipping, and maintaining everything from frontend to backend for our internal tools and experiment platforms.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain frontend applications (web and/or mobile) and backend APIs for research, data, and operational tools.
Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to understand and accelerate workflows.
Build internal dashboards, web apps, data visualizations for monitoring and experimentation, and assist in mobile app development.
Maintain high standards for code quality, usability, and performance.
3+ years experience as a full stack engineer (startup, lab, or product environment).
Strong skills in modern JavaScript/Type Script frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend (Python, Node, Go, etc.).
Experience building, testing, and deploying production web applications.
Experience with backend systems and APIs (Python, Node, Go, etc.).
Experience building frontend web applications (React, Next.js, Type Script, etc.).
(Optional) Experience building mobile applications (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, etc.).
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-velocity, research-driven culture.
Expertise in leveraging the latest AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc) to increase productivity & code output while maintaining high code quality, maintainability, and structure.
