As the Product Engineering Lead for Namespace in the U.S., you will establish the U.S. presence for Namespace, build a high‑performing team, lead technical decisions, and develop products that significantly enhance developer productivity. You will build intuitive, performant user‑facing applications and integrations that seamlessly fit into developers’ existing workflows, directly impacting their ability to ship faster and more efficiently.

• Serve as the first technical leader for our U.S. presence, setting a high bar for engineering quality, product thinking, and execution.
• Start, build, and lead a small product engineering team in the U.S.
• Partner closely with product, design, and leadership to translate company goals into clear technical direction and execution plans.
• Act as a bridge between the team in Europe, users, product strategy, and engineering, ensuring we build the right things and build them well.
• Help shape the long‑term technical and organizational foundations for scaling product engineering.
• Own and ship end‑to‑end features that integrate seamlessly with popular developer tools.
• Develop user‑facing applications that make powerful infrastructure intuitive and accessible to developers.
• Collaborate directly with users and partners to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and product needs.
• Continuously iterate on product design and implementation to drive adoption, performance, and reliability.

• Leadership and management skills to lead high‑performing ICs.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production‑grade software in languages like Type Script/JavaScript (React), Go, Python, or similar.
• Proven track record shipping impactful product features, preferably for developer‑focused or infrastructure products.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into intuitive user experiences.
