• Design and develop with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver world‑class experiences for both our customers and our partners.

• Write scalable and testable code while implementing comprehensive end‑to‑end testing.

• Collaborate on architectural planning for new features, services, APIs, and external provider integrations.

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance cardholder experiences, boost revenue opportunities, reduce engineering costs, and drive growth in our fast‑paced business.

• Troubleshoot production issues across several micro‑services in order to successfully navigate issues that arise during on‑call assignments.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go (our primary backend language), Java, Python, or similar languages.

• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.

• Proven experience with APIs and database systems like MySQL and Dynamo
  
  DB.

• Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in software development with demonstrated growth and impact.

• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing secure coding standards.

• Experience with micro‑services architecture and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
