In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.

Collaboration and consultation with client personnel will be a key aspect of this role.

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.

• 5 years of experience in high-performance programming using Java or Python.
• 5 years of experience in full stack development using Angular/Typescript for front-end and Java with Spring Framework for back-end.
• 5 years of experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and stream processing.
• 5 years of experience with Apache Ignite for in-memory computing.
• 5 years of experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• 5 years of experience with code quality tools like Sonar Qube.
• 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
• 5 years of experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, App Dynamics, New Relic, Elastic, or Open Telemetry.
• Proficiency with Open Fin for building modern desktop applications.
• Proficiency with Open Shift and PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) for deploying and managing containerized applications.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets Fixed Income domain.
• Understanding of Bond Pricing, Bond Risk, Bond PnL, and Position Management.
• Understanding of Trade lifecycle, Position Management, and End of Day Marking.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment.
• Strong delivery focus and ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Pay Range: $100 – $105

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
