Role Overview

We’re looking for a Backend Software Engineer with 2–6 years of experience who’s passionate about building and scaling production systems. You’ll join our core engineering team as an individual contributor, responsible for developing resilient backend systems and infrastructure to power the next generation of our AI products.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments (Series B+ scale-ups) and wants to make a measurable impact on a product used by thousands of businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and scale backend services powering our AI employee platform.

• Own infrastructure reliability, data models, and integrations.

• Collaborate closely with ML, product, and frontend teams to ship performant, secure, and reliable systems.

• Contribute to system architecture decisions and drive technical excellence across the stack.

• Ensure observability, monitoring, and reliability best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of backend engineering experience.

• Background in high-growth scale-ups (Series B+).

• Proven ability to build and scale backend systems in Type Script/Node.js or Golang.

• Hands‑on experience owning infrastructure and reliability initiatives.
