Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI SaaS Solutions

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join one of their AI start‑up clients in New York City. The role involves designing and maintaining both front‑end and back‑end systems for an AI platform, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and managing complex AI workloads and data pipelines. It is a hybrid position (3 days a week on-site, Tue‑Thu) in the Flatiron District.

$200,000 – $250,000 per year.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, prototype, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive design principles to maintain a seamless user experience across devices.
• Create clean abstractions and interfaces for integration‑heavy technical products.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix application issues.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• 8+ years as a Full‑Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Strong experience in a start‑up environment.
• Proficiency in React JS, Type Script, and server‑side environments.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.

• Experience with generative‑AI APIs, streaming outputs, embeddings, and tool calling.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Experience with container orchestration and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with server‑side rendering and static site generation.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
