As a Solutions Engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to identify and solve challenges by architecting and building solutions but, more importantly, prioritize client success and work cross-functionally to help them reach their business objectives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and agencies; build trust through your deep technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Partnerships and/or Agency Leads and Product teams to develop, manage and grow partner relationships with a focus on technical aspects (technical presentations, trainings, consultations, integration guides, and best practices).
• Be an expert on Tik Tok's API capabilities and partner offerings from a technical lens. Advocate for API improvements and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.
• Build and ship new products as well as end‑to‑end integrations in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams.
• Maintain subject‑matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience shipping production‑quality code.
• Familiar with one or more general‑purpose programming languages including, but not limited to, Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
• Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.

• Experience in advertising technology working with large‑volume data analytics.
• Experience in growing small and medium‑sized businesses.
• Solutions‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and development experience.

Base salary range: $118,657 – $187,200 annually (location dependent). Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and RSUs.
