Join Intuit as a Software Engineer – PEGA (Full-Stack Growth Path). We’re hiring a Software Engineer who can make an immediate impact on our PEGA-based systems while having the curiosity and drive to evolve into a full-stack engineer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, process-heavy environments today but wants to broaden their horizons across our engineering stack over time.

In the short term, you’ll own delivery of critical PEGA features and integrations. In the longer term, you’ll be encouraged and supported to grow into adjacent technologies — from modern web frameworks to backend and cloud services.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust PEGA applications and components.
• Integrate PEGA with internal APIs, data systems, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and influence broader architectural decisions.
• Learn and contribute to other areas of our stack — Java, React, APIs, or cloud-native services — as part of your career growth.

• Hands‑on experience with PEGA (8.x+) development.
• Solid knowledge of PEGA rules, case management, flows, integrations, and debugging.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in agile environments.
• Good foundation in software engineering principles (data structures, design patterns, and testing).
• Good communication, adaptability, and problem‑solving mindset.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. The expected base pay range for this position in New York is $57.50–$78.00 per hour.
