Our platform is invite-only and we need to continue to improve and scale our product, fixing bugs and building new features at a rapid rate. Our developers are tasked with taking risks to build the unimaginable, partnering with the team to pave a new way to building on-demand, remote tech teams at the click of a button.

How we currently build stuff:

• We define our tasks, features and specs on Notion
• We try to build everything in small iterative chunks
• Every feature has a single Feature Owner that makes the decisions
• We have an in-house designer
• We have a single mono-repository for all our services and libraries
• Code must pass tests and peer-reviewed before merged
• We continuously build, test and deploy our code

• Teamwork - You love coding on a team
• Clean, clean code - Nothing but quality code (structure, high standard practices)
• Focus on the users - You love building products that matter to people
• Not just a coder but a product builder - You have an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset. You re not afraid to go from product idea through spec and implementation, quickly
• Experience - You have experience shipping products in the "real world" (i.e. not just home projects)
• Data-driver - You know your data structures. You like good interfaces to data. You can aggregate and analyze results
• Leadership - Experience leading cross-functional product development
