• Engineer GTM workflows - build and automate the operational backbone connecting sales, marketing, and customer success
• Design and deploy GenAI agents - prototype agents that handle pipeline analysis, lead research, and sales enablement content generation
• Integrate and optimize tools - connect Hub Spot, Make, N8N, Slack, and internal APIs to create seamless, self‑updating GTM systems
• Experiment relentlessly - test new automation and AI concepts weekly, measure impact, and scale what works into production
• Build operational intelligence - create dashboards and automated insights that help teams make faster, data‑backed decisions

Collaborate and document - partner with sales, marketing, and product leadership to uncover bottlenecks, then turn successful prototypes into playbooks others can use.

• 2‑5 years of relevant experience - Rev Ops, Sales Ops, GTM systems, or technical growth roles with proven impact
• Strong automation portfolio - show us AI, automation, or no‑code projects you’ve actually built and shipped
• Hands‑on tool expertise - experience with Make, Zapier, Hub Spot, Airtable, or custom API scripting
• Working knowledge of LLMs and GenAI - familiarity with OpenAI API, Claude, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
• Analytical and creative mindset - ability to connect business problems to system design and technical solutions
• Curiosity and comfort with ambiguity - you’re the type who learns new tools regularly and prefers charting new territory over following instructions
