Location: New York, NY – full‑time in‑person role. Remote or hybrid options are not available.

• Develop the mobile application in React Native for iOS and Android, leveraging the existing mobile‑friendly web app and designs.
• Collaborate with a team of five engineers, the Founder/CEO, and the Senior Medical Director.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly sprints (or Kanban), and drive a fast‑paced product roadmap.
• Take ownership of the initial app build in a startup environment with minimal support.
• Grow into a leadership role over time, based on performance and interest.

• 1+ years of experience as an engineer at an early‑stage, high‑growth startup.
• Proficiency in Type Script and modern web‑stack technologies.
• Resourceful, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, adaptive teams.
• Self‑motivated learner, open to experimentation.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
