• Interact with business users to understand the requirements.
• Provide the technical solution for requirements based on the defined architecture and guidelines.
• Participate in overall application architecture and solutioning.
• Estimate work items using known estimation techniques and plan the work.
• Create/maintain the dev artefacts.
• Support the release activity.
• Perform code reviews to maintain a defect‑free and quality code base.
• Hands on coding and guiding the dev team in implementing the technical solutions.
• Involve and oversee QA efforts and define the QA strategy.
• Take lead in gathering and reporting the daily status to onsite client management.

• Strong understanding of design patterns such as Factory, Adapter, etc.
• Experience in implementing SOLID principles, DDD, and Clean architecture.
• Strong experience in .NET Framework, ASP.NET 4 or above, and Web API.
• Good understanding of  and C# and working with heterogeneous code base.
• Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS, SQL Server, and SQL programming.
• Confidence in refactoring and modernizing the code base.
• Experience in technical design documentation, coding standards, and implementing them.
• Understanding of best, performance‑oriented, and maintainable coding practices.
• Experience with functional testing using BDD is a plus.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Good communication skills.
