Job Description

FULL STACK (RAD) DEVELOPER

One of our international banking clients is seeking a Full Stack (RAD) Developer that will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services that support our fixed income operations. This role requires a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, proficiency in .NET C#, Java, and/or Python, and experience in the financial sector, particularly in fixed income. This is a consulting position that will be on going.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using .NET C#, Java, and/or Python.
• Implement object-oriented programming principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and integrate APIs to support fixed income operations and have worked in a trading floor environment.
• Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in fixed income.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in .NET C#, Java, and/or Python.
• Experience in the financial sector, specifically in fixed income.
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., ASP.NET, Spring, Django).
• Knowledge of database design and management (e.g., SQL Server, Excel VBA, Postgre
  
  SQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
