We are actively looking for a full‑time Full Stack Developer. This is a full‑time, in‑person role based in New York, NY. If you are interested in remote or hybrid opportunities, this position may not be suitable for you.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will join a team of five full‑time engineers and collaborate closely with the Founder / CEO. You will iterate on the existing early product build to scale to users and transform access to high‑quality healthcare. You will work in person and participate in daily standups, weekly sprint meetings (or a fluid Kanban process), and hold yourself accountable to an aggressive product development roadmap.

Because this is an early‑stage startup, you will have many hats, working across front‑end and back‑end, and possibly leading system architecture or Dev Ops decision‑making. As the organization scales, you may scale into a leadership role if your performance is strong and you wish to become a leader.

• 1+ year experience in an engineering position at an early‑stage high‑growth startup.
• Preferred 1–5 years of experience.
• Preferred graduating from a top 25 university or a college GPA above 3.7.
• Experienced in Typescript and able to accommodate a modern tech stack.
• Relentless resourcefulness and an ownership mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment that requires adaptability.
• Always learning and curious; open to new ideas and experimentation.
• Strong work ethic and can do attitude.
• A desire to be part of a fast‑paced startup.
