Job Title: Member of Technical Staff – DCIM

Location: Remote

Base Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000 per year

Summary:

Member of Technical Staff, DCIM to build and refine internal tooling that streamlines how we buy, track, deploy, and operate data‑center hardware. You will develop asset‑management, inventory, visualization, and operational‑insight tools for engineering, operations, and support teams. Working cross‑functionally, you’ll deliver scalable, reliable, user‑friendly solutions while mentoring peers and shaping our technical direction.

• 5+ years coding in Go, Rust, Java, C++, or similar, with deep knowledge of distributed‑system design patterns and scalability.
• Experience with Net Box for managing our multi‑datacenter network infrastructure.
• Hands‑on with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab, Git Hub Actions, Circle
  
  CI).
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency/multithreading.
• Comfortable with TCP/IP, network programming, and Unix/Linux environments.
• Balance trade‑offs to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure.
• Build strong cross‑team relationships and drive shared success.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 5–8+ years professional experience.
• Convey complex ideas succinctly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike.
