• Build the core infrastructure that powers perception, planning, and control in our AI‑driven robotic systems
• Design systems and interfaces between AI models, robotic hardware, and human operators, working across the stack from robot‑facing services to real‑time agent orchestration
• Collaborate closely with machine learning and robotic engineers to ship production‑ready systems
• Help define and shape our engineering culture, roadmap, and processes

• 2+ years of professional robotics software engineering experience, or equivalent depth through exceptional projects/startups
• Strong experience with Python and a proven track record building production‑grade systems and maintaining them at scale
• Experience building and scaling real‑time systems data pipelines or experience working and integrating AI/ML models
• Experience with robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS/ROS2), distributed systems, and real‑time control
• Comfort working across system boundaries (e.g., ML, robotics, cloud, hardware)
• High agency and bias toward action — able to move quickly with clear code and ownership
• Adaptable, execution‑focused, and thrives in the fast pace and ambiguity of startup life

• Salary: $100K - $250K
• Equity: 0.50% - 2.00%
